About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the operational performance of a wide portfolio of stores across the region, ensuring exceptional standards and consistency.

  • Inspire, develop, and manage a team of senior leaders and store managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

  • Drive strategic operational initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all locations.

  • Partner with the executive team to align operational activity with the company's overall strategic goals.

  • Utilise data and performance insights to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Champion a customer-centric mindset across the business, ensuring outstanding experiences at every touchpoint.

  • Maintain full compliance with all health, safety, and legal obligations across the estate.

About You:
  • A proven track record of success in a senior operational leadership role (e.g. Operations Director, Head of Retail, Regional Director) within retail or hospitality.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with a passion for driving business performance through operational excellence.

  • Adept at managing change, solving complex problems, and using data to inform decision-making.

  • A collaborative, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
