Direct Sales Agent - Retention Team

Location: Sheffield (S9)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (No weekends)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 24,000-25,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE 30,000-40,000)

A well-established organisation in the automotive sector is seeking experienced Telesales professionals to join its Retention Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are confident on the phone and enjoy working in a supportive, target-driven environment.

Unlike traditional call centre roles, this position involves no cold calling. All leads are warm-consisting of existing customers or individuals with similar profiles who have previously shown interest in the company's services.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers to renew their car warranty products.
  • Engage with warm leads identified through customer data.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing warranty products.
  • Clearly explain product benefits, terms, and coverage options.
  • Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Accurately update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training to stay current on products and sales techniques.

Candidate Profile:

  • Telesales experience is essential.
  • Motor trade knowledge is preferable.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and think on your feet.
  • Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities.
  • Persuasive yet customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
