Your Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes as a Chef de Partie
Maintain top standards of food safety and hygiene
Lead and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations
Adapt to different kitchens while delivering consistent quality
Work efficiently under pressure and meet service deadlines
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2 years Chef de Partie experience in a professional kitchen
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and HACCP procedures
Level 2/3 Food Safety Certification
Eligible to work in the UK
