- Developing a high value field sales area - trade merchant accounts

- Developing an existing account base of national merchants, builders merchants and independent merchants worth c£1.5m.
- Ensuring that strong relationships are created at all levels in accounts.
- Building on years of recent success in developing both revenue and profit across the region.
- Identifying opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell growth, especially for new ranges launched and accessories.
- Being an ambassador for a premium respected brand in the sector.
- Past experience in a B2B field sales role i.e. as an Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Good working experience engaging with trade merchants and builders merchants.
- Strong organisation and commercial skills, coupled with open communication.
- A dynamic approach to customer engagement.
