Account Manager (Print) required to work in Sheffield, office-based Monday to Friday.

Job responsibilities: To establish and develop strong client relationships within your portfolio, driving sales growth and enhancing my client’s brand. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • High client satisfaction scores from regular surveys.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely booking into production.
  • To comply with all Health and Safety and Quality and Environmental Management System policies and procedures adopted by the Company at all times.
  • To pro-actively participate in the development, operation and improvement of the Company’s Management Systems in relation to our external accreditations and legal obligations, for example, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and Health and Safety.

Skills required:

  • Experience in the print industry Essential Knowledge of Direct Mail (DM).
  • Essential Strong written and verbal communication Experience.
  • Desirable 2+ years of account development experience.
  • Essential Personal Qualities Enthusiastic and proactive attitude Essential Team-oriented with a commitment to success Essential Honest, ethical, and professional approach Essential Other Willingness to travel (as required) Desirable Flexible approach to working hours Essential UK driving license Desirable Legally entitled to work in the UK.
