- Oversee and manage all financial agreements, funding arrangements, and contracts relating to commercial vehicle transactions.
- Ensure all finance and funding activities are compliant with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor and report on profitability, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational performance in finance, insurance, and customer retention areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, increasing repeat business.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to aftercare.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial partners, insurers, and key stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Provide accurate and timely management reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in a business management, finance, or commercial leadership role within the automotive, commercial vehicle, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of vehicle finance, insurance products, and funding processes.
- Commercially astute with the ability to analyse financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
