What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for vibrant and caring individuals who:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Are warm, reliable, and able to build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families
- Can bring creativity, initiative, and positivity to each setting
- Have solid safeguarding knowledge and strong communication skills
What you'll do:
- Engage and support children’s learning through play and planned activities
- Create a safe, stimulating, and happy environment
- Work closely with staff and parents to support every child’s development
- Observe, assess, and extend learning in line with the EYFS
