Civil Coordination Engineer:
- Produce, monitor and/or check that technically compliant and cost effective design documentation; drawings, specifications, schedules, calculations, enquiry specifications etc. meet project requirements and company operating procedures and statutory obligations.
- Ensure that the design and construction of the Civil works are carried out to the required standards, within budget and agreed time scales.
- Work with the lead engineer as the technical focus for a specific portion of a project ensuring a successful and commercially viable contract execution. This would include monitoring and reporting budgets, progress and change management.
- Report to Lead Engineer and/or Engineering Manager on all matters relating to the project.
- Participate in customer meetings, both on site and in the office (projects and pre-projects)
- Provide technical support to ensure that the Civil works associated with PT equipment are constructed in accordance with the design and operational requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of Civils technical specifications and engineering man-hour and/or merchant account budgets for the pre-project bids ensuring budgets are at a suitable level to obtain new business whilst still being sufficient to allow successful project execution.
- Degree / HNC or equivalent in Civil Engineering
- Experience in Reinforced Concrete design.
- CAD Tech or Design experience
- Preferable experience with AutoCAD, Revit & Navisworks
