Calibre Search are delighted to be working with a growing and ambitious Consultancy who now are looking to bring in a Trainee Building Surveyor to join their vibrant and sociable team in Sheffield.
If you're fresh out of University having just completed your building surveying degree, we couldn't recommend a better role to apply for as this Practice are well known within the built environment industry having had many of years offering a high standard of delivering projects for their clients.
You will be part of their multi-discipline team in Sheffield where you will get the best support with regards to your APC and career development as they've recently promoted two graduates showing a clear track record for you to follow if you're successful.
You will be assisting the Directors and Senior Surveyors of the team delivering on a range of high spec listed buildings, zoo buildings, universities and some residential new build to name a few offering a great mixture of sectors which will all contribute towards filling your level 1, 2 and 3 competencies with regards to your APC diary.
Ideally, they're looking for a team player and someone who is willing to learn and carve a career within building surveying which this Practice can certainly offer you.
If you can drive and have your own vehicle, that's great but they will be happy to consider those who haven't yet as long as you're commutable to their Sheffield office.
