Maintenance Operative

* Maintenance Operative* Basic electrical qualifications essential* Working for a leisure company which owns 5 casinos & a sports track* Head office is based in Sheffield with sites spread across Sheffield, Leeds, Bradford, Hull & Manchester* Reporting to, and working closely with, the group maintenance engineer and supporting them when they are off* Company van to use for travelling between sites (usually not to take home though, as it is often shared between maintenance staff)* Duties will usually include: basic electrics, plumbing, painting, labouring, lighting, moving fridges and furniture, support with PPMs and compliance checks, general building fabric repairs.* Working hours- 40 hours per week, 7am-3pm (will be required to stay behind to complete a job as and when necessary).* Salary £28,000 - £30,000* Other benefits: 28-day holiday, pension etc.Looking at starting around the beginning of August but happy to be flexible to accommodate the successful applicant.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
