We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our clients team a leading Landscaping and Arborists. The successful candidate will play a crucial role on a grounds maintenance project in Sheffield, ensuring that all groundwork is completed to the highest standards.
- Carry out excavation and ground preparation tasks for pathways
- Digging pathways anmd planting of trees
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficientl including stihl saw and a pecker
- Maintain a clean and organised worksite, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
- Follow instructions from supervisors regarding specific tasks and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscapingh and groundworks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when required.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction environments.
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors.
- Esperience of using a stihl saw and a pecker
- A valid driver's licence and car
