About the Role:
As a Manual CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality components that meet precise engineering specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of engineering drawings, and the ability to work to high tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings.
- Operate manual CNC machines with precision.
- Ensure components meet rigorous quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering component machining principles.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Good mathematical skills are essential.
- Experience with surface grinding and turning is beneficial.
- CNC experience is ideal; specific CNC language training will be provided.
- A flexible approach to work is essential.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - 35 per week
