Contracts Manager

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with the ability to write programmes from scratch? Are you looking for a long-term role with a reputable and growing contractor?

TS Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established contractor Specialising in commercial and care home projects across the Yorkshire region.

What's on Offer:

  • Salary: £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Car allowance: £4,800 per annum
  • Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays
  • Pension: 5% employee contribution and 3% employer contribution
  • Location: Covering a region of north Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire with some sites further afield. Office is based in the North Notts region with regular visits when not on site

Your Responsibilities:

  • Write site programmes from scratch and implement recovery plans
  • Oversee multiple live projects depending on size and complexity
  • Ensure programme, health and safety and quality compliance is followed / adhered to
  • Work closely with the commercial team to manage budget ensure projects are on target and subcontractors' performance
  • Main point of contact for liaison with consultants and clients
  • Lead the Site and Project Management team
  • Contract administration and take lead on any issues

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager
  • Experience at writing programmes from scratch with a sound knowledge of either Asta, MS Projects or Project Commander
  • Strong contractual knowledge
  • Proficient in IT with strong numerical skills
  • Full UK driving licence required
