In the role, you will take ownership of multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, from tender to delivery. You will be responsible for managing contracts, monitoring budgets, leading site teams, and ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standards. You'll also maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, while balancing office-based duties with site visits across the UK and Ireland.
