Our client is a highly successful and values based manufacturer within the construction industry, who are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join their friendly and professional team in Sheffield.

THE ROLE:
To perform administrative duties and provide support to the Contracts team:
Duties include:
Processing of all site paperwork in a timely and efficient manner on a daily and weekly basis.
Book hotels for site operatives and log onto the finance system.
Book site testing.
Processing of test report data.
Compiling O&M Manuals.
Liaising with clients and issuing contract documents.
Archiving of Contracts documents.
Answering the telephone and dealing with queries from Clients.
General administration tasks as and when required.

THE CANDIDATE:
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of Document Management Systems and Coins Software System would be an advantage but not essential; training would be given for the right candidate.
Written, telephone and electronic communication.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and pay close attention to detail.
Be able to work under pressure and to timescales.
