Do you thrive in a structured, phone-based credit control role that makes a real impact on cashflow performance? Are you ready to bring your credit control skills to a fast-paced, supportive team? We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our clients Credit Control Team, take charge of outbound collections, and help keep cashflow on track.

The Key Responsibilities of the Credit Controller:

  • Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts with confidence and professionalism.
  • Make a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails to chase overdue payments.
  • Keep accurate records of all communication and follow-up activity.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries quickly.
  • Identify and escalate accounts requiring further action.

The Key Requirements of the Credit Controller:

  • Proven experience in credit control or collections.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organised, efficient, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Basic Excel skills and experience with finance or CRM systems.
