The credit control process is already in place - they just need someone who can come in, take the reins, and keep things moving. You'll be part of a supportive finance team, working closely with sales and customers to keep cash flow healthy and aged debt under control.
Your day-to-day:
- Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
- Resolving invoice disputes and account queries
- Allocating cash and updating ledgers
- Building relationships with regular customers
- Reporting on aged debt and helping reduce overdue balances
