I am working in partnership with this reputable organisation to recruit for a number of Customer Service Advisors on a permanent basis. This permanent role offers a chance to use your customer service skills to provide excellent support and ensure smooth operations.

Description

  • Provide a first class customer experience, ensuring all enquiries are owned through to completion.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to ensure enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints while providing excellent level of personable service.
  • Ensure customer's orders and enquiries are processed efficiently and correctly.
  • Supporting customers and company by pricing and raising quotations as well as organising and communicating delivery times and vehicle requirements.
  • Recording customer quality complaints and investigating credit claims, ensuring they are processed within agreed time scales.
  • Provide customers with information on products and service levels.
  • Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquires or issues.
  • Produce and maintaining corrective actions data to support best practice and business improvement.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Proven experience within manufacturing or a strong knowledge.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
