Your new company
This Data and Examination Manager job has been made available by a Secondary School in Sheffield. Your new role
This school is currently looking for an experienced Data and Examination Manager to start as soon as possible. Your time in this role will include:

  • Production/distribution of timetables/exam timetables
  • Manage and Maintain the schools' MIS (or similar) software.
  • Ensure controlled assessment marks and predicted grades are recorded/communicated.
  • Organise internal/external examinations
  • Support with admissions, assessment, pastoral and academic data reporting.
  • Liaise with exam boards, parents and students

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have:

  • Been in a similar role before
  • Strong knowledge of software and analysing and presenting data
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads
  • Maintain attention to detail and be organised, motivated and punctual.
  • Proactive
  • Work as part of a team and as an individual
  • A strong ability to communicate well

We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
