About the Role
An established consultancy in Sheffield is looking to add an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to its building services team. The role suits someone who's built a solid technical foundation and is now ready to take on more responsibility, with a clear path toward senior progression.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing electrical systems for a range of building projects
- Producing calculations, drawings, and technical reports
- Working closely with mechanical engineers, architects, and external partners
- Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
- Contributing to internal standards and helping improve design processes
What They're Looking For
- Around 4 years' experience in electrical building services design
- Good understanding of relevant software and industry standards
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Experience within a building design consultancy or construction environment (preferred)
