Elevation Recruitment Group are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition professional who’s ready to step into a high-impact, people-first role for one of our clients based in Sheffield. You’ll be the go-to expert for everything hiring, owning the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle from start to finish.

The role will be responsible for facilitating hires specifically in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium as well as the UK, partnering with local stakeholders to identify talent within the health and wellbeing sector.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition role will include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to provide consultative support, from job scoping to successful hires
  • Posting roles, sourcing talent, and using your creative flair to attract top-tier candidates
  • Managing and fine-tuning our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring smooth tracking and insightful reporting
  • Championing candidate experience - making sure every interaction is positive, inclusive, and on-brand
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align recruitment needs with business goals
  • Helping to shape inclusive hiring practices alongside our Culture & Development team

Key Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience of international recruitment ideally across Europe whilst working from the UK with a solid understanding of recruitment practices across different regions and countries
  • Solid background in end-to-end recruitment, ideally both in-house or agency
  • Ability to understand how to adapt processes across UK and International regions
  • Experience on ATS Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and thrive in a consultative role
  • Organised, proactive, and a great communicator
