Our client, a leading organisation based in Sheffield, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders within the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional EA to join a dynamic team and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive EA support to senior directors, including complex diary management and inbox management

  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

  • Arranging national and international travel itineraries

  • Acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations

  • Managing confidential information with utmost discretion

  • Supporting with ad hoc projects and team coordination as required

Requirements
  • Proven Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience at senior leadership or board level

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Immediately available or on short notice
