Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for organisation and supporting high-performing teams? I am working with a growing, client-focused financial planning firm seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the director and leadership team, whilst also making sure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and provide executive-level support.
My client has been established for over 25 years, covering everything from Financial Planning, Mortgage advice, and insurance. They are an appointed representative of a large-scale network.
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior financial planners and executives.
- You will be the initial point of contact for clients and third parties.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Client account management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a tidy, organised, and professional environment.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors, IT support, and building management.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
Client & Team Coordination:
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone.
- Support onboarding processes for new clients and employees.
- Help coordinate team meetings, events, and staff communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years in a PA, EA, or Office Manager role (Within Financial Planning).
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Social media management experience (Preferred).
- Trustworthy, professional, and capable of maintaining discretion at all times.
