Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for organisation and supporting high-performing teams? I am working with a growing, client-focused financial planning firm seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the director and leadership team, whilst also making sure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and provide executive-level support.

My client has been established for over 25 years, covering everything from Financial Planning, Mortgage advice, and insurance. They are an appointed representative of a large-scale network.

What You’ll Do:

Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior financial planners and executives.
  • You will be the initial point of contact for clients and third parties.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Client account management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a tidy, organised, and professional environment.
  • Act as the point of contact for vendors, IT support, and building management.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.

Client & Team Coordination:

  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone.
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients and employees.
  • Help coordinate team meetings, events, and staff communications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years in a PA, EA, or Office Manager role (Within Financial Planning).
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Social media management experience (Preferred).
  • Trustworthy, professional, and capable of maintaining discretion at all times.
