Position Overview: Reed is excited to partner with a prestigious firm in Sheffield to offer this exceptional role. The chosen candidate will engage in diverse corporate finance tasks, such as mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, valuations, and advisory services. They will be instrumental in discovering new prospects and aiding business growth initiatives.

Primary Duties:

  • Gather, analyse, and interpret financial information for reports and presentations.
  • Assist in preparing company valuations and financial projections.
  • Conduct research and reach out to potential companies for sell-side projects.
  • Help execute marketing strategies to enhance the corporate finance team's visibility.
  • Participate in various other corporate finance-related activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • AAT certified and/or partially qualified ACCA/ACA.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Sage 50, Xero, or QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
