CAD CAM Programmer at Talentum Recruitment Ltd in Sheffield, England

We are delighted to be recruiting for a long established and respected Sheffield manufacturing business based in the S26.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CAD and production team to ensure smooth running of daily orders, and making sure maximum efficiency is achieved when it comes to the design set of of each job.

Job Description:

·Utilise CAD software to create detailed designs, models, and drawings according to project requirements.

·Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

·Participate in design reviews and provide valuable insights to optimise designs for manufacturing and performance.

·Generate technical documentation and reports to communicate design specifications and progress.

·Maintain CAD files and libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes.

·Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CAD technology to enhance design capabilities.

Qualifications:

·Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.

·Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
