Monday to Thursday: 6am1:45pm/ 1:30pm9:15pm (alternating weekly) & Early finish Friday

Key Benefits:
- Salary: £32,266.79 + Shift pay + Overtime (Typically £36,300 with overtime)
- Shift Premium: £4,033.35
- Holidays: 185 hours annually (23 days + 8 bank holidays)
- Christmas Shutdown: 24th December 5th January
- Pension: 5% employer + 5% employee contribution
- Prior experience as a CMM Inspector in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
- Strong understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and quality standards
- Proficiency in CMM operation and inspection (e.g., PC-DMIS, COSMOS, or similar)
- Good working knowledge of dimensional inspection using micrometers, verniers, height gauges, and other metrology tools
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Perform dimensional inspections on precision-engineered aerospace components
- Operate and program CMMs to inspect parts to customer and engineering specifications
- Interpret and apply GD&T to ensure compliance with technical drawings
- Document inspection results accurately and flag any non-conformances
- Collaborate with production and engineering to support quality improvements
- Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and final product verification
