A well-established South Yorkshire firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Sheffield office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role within a thriving Residential and Commercial Property team.
The Role:
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases
- Provide technical support and oversight to junior team members
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and referrers, ensuring smooth transactions
- Handle elements of commercial property transactions, experience in this area is required
About You:
- At least 2 years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner
- Strong technical knowledge with experience handling both residential and commercial property matters
- Ability to mentor and support junior colleagues
- Organised, proactive and confident in managing client relationships
