About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with a national footprint and a commitment to delivering exceptional services through innovation and technology. We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Engineer to support ongoing transformation programmes, working within a collaborative IT function at the forefront of legal tech.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) solutions tailored to complex business processes

  • Build low-code/no-code applications using Power Platform and Dataverse

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and third-party systems (e.g., case management, document automation, finance platforms)

  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and C#/.NET components

  • Translate user and stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and deliverables

  • Champion best practices across security, compliance (especially GDPR), and system resilience

  • Support continuous improvement within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, collaborating closely with legal, finance, and client services teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Dynamics 365 CE development

  • Skilled in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps

  • Strong C#, JavaScript, and .NET programming skills

  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and version control using Azure DevOps or Git

  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-200/MB-600) are desirable but not essential

  • Experience working in or alongside regulated industries (e.g., legal, financial services) is an advantage
