Our client are a successful, specialist manufacturer - they have a rare but exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations to join their start of the art manufacturing facillity in South Yorkshire.
The Role
- Full responsibility for Engineering, Production, HSE, Packing, Logistics and HR operations
- Responsible for KPI function and assessment across departments
- Manage approx. 30 staff which accounts for 75% of total business function
- Manage line managers and shift leaders
- Responsible for lean manufacturing, six sigma & AGILE
- Full auditing responsibility
The Candidate
- Previous experience in "Head of" or "Operations manager" role
- Previous experience managing large teams consisting of - Engineering, Production & HSE
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, six sigma & AGILE
- KPI focussed
- Manufacturing experience is essential
