About the Role

We are seeking a Hygiene Manager to join our business to help drive best practice in hygiene & housekeeping standards across our sites, support the Hygiene Management Teams and maintain relationships with our key suppliers within Hygiene & Technical, such as pest control and chemical suppliers.

This will be a permanent position in Sheffield, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday (daytime) however occasional flexibility is required as infrequent evening/ shifts are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing internal and external hygiene, waste management and contractor management.
  • leading and supervising the hygiene team including team leaders.
  • Set company policies and standards for hygiene and plant standards
  • Audit and inspect the facilities to assure compliance to hygiene standards
  • Support the facilities and provide guidance when deviations to KPI'S require interventions
  • Provide training to site hygiene and technical teams
  • Manage, maintain and develop relationships with Chemical and Pest Control suppliers
  • Use your excellent communication skills to manage and develop the Hygiene functions at sites

You will be an experienced hygiene manager with knowledge in pest control, budget management and leadership experience.
