Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Salary: 31,700k + Van + Benefits
The Role
We're seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance on homes and properties. You'll work across a range of trade disciplines, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service, often completing jobs in a single visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out multi-trade repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks.
- Complete appointments on time, aiming for first-time resolution.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles safely.
- Minimise disruption to residents and ensure cleanliness.
- Participate in the out-of-hours repair rota.

What We're Looking For
- Level 2 Building Maintenance or equivalent
- Valid CSCS card & NVQ/City & Guilds in key trades (Plumbing, Carpentry, Joinery, etc.)
- Driving licence
- Knowledge of H&S regulations and relevant experience in construction/maintenance
