We are working with a successful and innovative Sheffield-based business looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. With a modern office setting and fantastic company values, this is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing customer orders and raising supplier purchase orders

  • Tracking deliveries and liaising with suppliers, couriers and freight forwarders

  • Preparing documentation for international shipments

  • Reconciling open customer orders monthly

  • Managing calls, emails, calendars, and shared inboxes

  • Organising events, travel, hospitality, and office supplies

  • Handling post and general office administration

About You
  • Experience in administration (sales or order processing preferred)

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
