Key Responsibilities-
Processing customer orders and raising supplier purchase orders

Tracking deliveries and liaising with suppliers, couriers and freight forwarders

Preparing documentation for international shipments

Reconciling open customer orders monthly

Managing calls, emails, calendars, and shared inboxes

Organising events, travel, hospitality, and office supplies

Handling post and general office administration

Experience in administration (sales or order processing preferred)

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 DOE

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
