Our client, a leading provider of warranty and aftersales products to the motor trade in Sheffield, is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join their team. This role involves assisting customers with claims, warranty queries, and repair processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) calls and guiding customers through the claims process
Validating claims against warranty terms to ensure accuracy
Liaising with repairers and technical teams to streamline diagnostics and repairs
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and written communication
Managing customer expectations with timely updates on claim progress
Maintaining clear and accurate customer and claim records
What We're Looking For:
Experience in warranty claims or a similar industry preferred
Strong communication skills - able to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly way
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Perks & Benefits:
Competitive salary - 25,000 - 28,000 per year
Monday to Friday schedule - 9am to 5pm (No weekends), office based in Sheffield
