Our client, a leading provider of warranty and aftersales products to the motor trade in Sheffield, is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join their team. This role involves assisting customers with claims, warranty queries, and repair processes, ensuring a seamless experience.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) calls and guiding customers through the claims process

  • Validating claims against warranty terms to ensure accuracy

  • Liaising with repairers and technical teams to streamline diagnostics and repairs

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and written communication

  • Managing customer expectations with timely updates on claim progress

  • Maintaining clear and accurate customer and claim records



What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in warranty claims or a similar industry preferred

  • Strong communication skills - able to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly way

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • A highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks
