Community Care Assistant

Location: Sheffield & surrounding areasPay: £12.25 - £13.75 per hour + £1.50 per call

Are you an experienced and caring individual looking to make a real difference in people's lives? Precedo Healthcare is currently recruiting Community Care Assistants to provide exceptional end-of-life care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

We're looking for compassionate, reliable carers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect. If you're someone who takes pride in going the extra mile, we want to hear from you!

• Provide essential care and emotional support to individuals at the end of life.

• Administer or assist with medication, including controlled pain relief.

• Use electronic recording systems to ensure accurate documentation.

• Work independently and confidently across the Sheffield area.

• Previous experience in home or community care, especially around medication support.

• A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

• A genuine passion for caring and supporting people in their own homes.

• Confidence in using electronic systems for care notes and medication logs.

• Competitive hourly rates: £12.25 - £13.75 + £1.50 per call
