General Manager Independent Craft Beer Pub (Sheffield)
Salary:Starting at £30,000 + up to £6,000 performance bonus (negotiable for the right candidate)
Hours:40 hours per week (paid for every one of them)
Were anindependent award-winning craft beer pubwith a big personality and a loyal following. We pour 6 cask ales, 12 rotating craft lines, 6 house lines, continental lagers, and a carefully curated wine & spirits list. Our tapas-style food offer currently makes up 20% of sales but wed love to see where the right manager could take it.
Were looking for someone who doesnt just want a job but wants torun a venue like its their own(without the risk of ownership). Think of it as being abusiness partner without the equity: the freedom to lead, but with support when you need it.

What youll get:£30k salary plus up to £6k bonus for hitting sensible targets (GP, staff costs, growth)
Flexibility we believe in a40-hour cap and no unpaid overtime
Full training in cellar management if needed (6 cask, 12 craft, 6 house lines)

The support of an owner who loves the place, but doesnt want to micromanage
Solid pub/bar management experience (craft/food-led is ideal)
The ability to runrotas, recruitment, stock, ordering, kitchen and FOHwithout being spoon-fed
A natural leader whos just as happyon the floor with a tray as behind the laptop with the numbers
Commercially sharp you understand GP and staff costs and know how to keep them in check
A genuine passion for beer, hospitality, and customer experience
Were apeople-focused business. We dont cut corners, we dont overwork staff, and we dont expect you to live at the pub. We just want someone who gets it who loves beer, food, and creating a space where people feel at home.
