The School and Role  

Vision for Education are currently recruiting on behalf of the Cascade Trust for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work on a part-time basis for 2025/2026 academic year.  

The role is supporting in Nursery therefore a Level 3 qualification is vital for ratios. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:15-12:15.  

Experience teaching Read, Write, Inc Phonics is also desired.  

 

The primary school is a large primary school in North Sheffield. There are 3 classes for each year group from Reception to Year 6. The school also has 2 large nurseries supporting children from 2-year-old. The school is part of the Cascade Multi-Academy Trust.  

 

Requirements  

The desired Teaching Assistant will have:  

  • Experience of working with KS1 and primary school aged children  

  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND  

  • Available to work on a full-time basis.  

  • The ability to work as part of a team.
