Y2 Teaching Assistant - Sheffield

90-105 per day

Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant to Level 3 or do you have experience working long term in Y2 as a TA that we can reference? Do you have recent experience supporting KS1 children? Are you able to commit to a role with immediate start date? Do you have experience in raising the attainment levels of small groups of children in literacy, phonics & numeracy?

Career Teachers are working with a large, "Good" primary school in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in Year 2. This role will start after May half term on a full-time basis and if the right person is appointed it will be for the rest of the calendar year and possibly into the new academic year.

To be considered for this role you will need to: -

Hold a valid & recognised Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent. (Or have long term experience working in a Primary School)
Be fully dedicated to the role and have a can-do attitude.
Have recent experience supporting children in Key stage 2 within a UK School
Be genuinely committed to enhancing the educational and personal development of the child you are supporting and the rest of the class.
