The Opportunity:
This is ahands-on billing role(initially), but with a clear path to step back from day-to-day delivery as you build and lead a team.
- Lead by example: Continue placing permanent roles while guiding a team of recruiters who want to learn from you.
- Mentor and develop: Share your experience through on-the-job training and coaching no rigid KPIs, just high standards and clear outcomes.
- Autonomy with support: Work closely with the owner to manage operations, shape the division, and take the lead on strategic decisions.
- Create a best-in-class perm offering: Develop services across multiple sectors, including existing loyal client accounts.
- Drive growth and relationships: Manage key accounts, win new business, and offer value-added, long-term recruitment partnerships.
- Use modern tools: Leverage AI, recruitment tech, and market mapping strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Step into the future: This isnt just a leadership role its a long-term succession plan that includes equity and shares.
About You:
- A strong track record inpermanent recruitment(any sector).
- Either an experiencedbilling consultantready to lead or arecruitment managerwith ambitions for equity and ownership.
- Confident withclient development, retained assignments, and strategic sourcing (though retained experience isnt essential).
- Naturally supportive leadership style focused onempowerment and delivery, not micromanagement.
- Commercially savvy, forward-thinking, and ready to help shape the future of a growing business.
