About You:

  • A strong track record inpermanent recruitment(any sector).
  • Either an experiencedbilling consultantready to lead or arecruitment managerwith ambitions for equity and ownership.
  • Confident withclient development, retained assignments, and strategic sourcing (though retained experience isnt essential).
  • Naturally supportive leadership style focused onempowerment and delivery, not micromanagement.
