Generalist HR Advisor
Office-based in the Sheffield area.
The role includes a mix of:
- Employee relations casework
- Employee lifecycle work
- Continuous improvement in HR policy & procedure
- HR data analytics
- Line manager coaching and advice
- Recruitment support
- HR project work
The personal qualities and experience we are looking for:
- HR Advisor level experience
- Would you be described as a self-assured and confident person, comfortable having challenging conversations?
- Do you have CIPD Level 5 or working towards this?
- Are you used to working closely with line managers to empower and advise?
