Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Sheffield based leading business, seeking an Interim HR Advisor to join their team for 3 months in the first instance, on a part-time basis.
Our client is looking for a HR Advisor across 16-20 hours per week with an understanding of European Employment Law. As a key member of the People Team, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities:
Main duties will include but not limited to:
- Supporting and advising managers on HR policies, onboarding, offboarding and ER cases such as absence management
- Managing the HR inbox and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries for European countries
- Supporting with the compliance surrounding long term sickness within Europe
- Producing HR metrics reporting for the management team
- Conduct HR meetings via teams with European managers

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of European employment law and ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards this. The ideal candidate would be Dutch speaking however this is is not essential.
