IT Support Analyst - On-Site | Near Sheffield | Up to 29k
Are you looking to make the step up in your IT career with a company that values collaboration, continuous learning, and long-term progression?
I'm working with a well-established and rapidly expanding business based just outside Sheffield, who are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join their close-knit and supportive team. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.
As part of a major investment in their technology infrastructure, the IT function is playing a central role in the company's ongoing growth. You'll be working alongside an experienced and close-knit team, helping to support a user base of several hundred people across multiple offices. No two days are the same in this role, you'll be providing end-to-end IT support, contributing to systems improvements, and getting involved in projects that directly impact the business.
You'll be responsible for delivering hands-on IT support across both hardware and software systems, responding to service desk requests, and ensuring issues are resolved effectively and professionally. This includes everything from managing user accounts and troubleshooting problems to supporting software deployments and assisting with ongoing tech rollouts. You'll also work closely with third-party providers to ensure smooth resolutions and collaborate with different teams across the business, offering on-site support where needed.
Ideally you will need to have some experience with supporting the following tech:
- O365
- Active Directory (Azure beneficial)
- Microsoft Teams
- Hardware configuration and deployment
- Intune or Autopilot
- SharePoint
- Experience with printers and similar
This is a role that offers real variety, responsibility, and visibility - and you'll play a key role in helping the business stay connected and supported as it continues to grow.
When it comes to rewards, this company knows how to look after its people. You'll receive a generous 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), along with the option to buy back additional holiday. A discretionary bonus scheme recognises your contribution, while benefits like private medical insurance, a company pension, life assurance, and access to a share purchase plan provide valuable peace of mind. You'll receive full support in developing your skills and progressing your career within the business.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to join a company where the team genuinely has each other's backs, where your ideas will be heard, and where your career can really take off.
