Description

This is a mixed role between Software Developer and Support Analyst Duties.

Day to day will include:

  • Design, develop, and implement software applications
  • Collaborate with the technology team to identify and implement digital solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues on new systems
  • Help setup of new user accounts and orientations to computer systems
  • Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, and usability
  • Participate in upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
  • Conduct system tests and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Produce comprehensive documentation relating to system design and implementation
  • Maintain current knowledge of technology trends and developments
  • Help with inquires through phone calls or service tickets

Profile

Must haves:

  • C# / VB.NET
  • SQL
  • JavaScript
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365
  • Strong communication skills
