As part of the firm's ongoing investment in technology and people development, an exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Legal IT Trainer to support the continuous improvement of digital skills across the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy trainer with a passion for helping others to develop their IT confidence and capability - all within a modern, professional, and collaborative environment.
The RoleYou'll play a key part in delivering IT training to legal and support staff across the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering engaging training sessions (both in-person and remotely)
- Supporting new joiners with onboarding and systems training
- Creating user guides, learning materials and video tutorials
- Assisting staff with one-to-one coaching and desk-side support when needed
- Helping to embed best practices in the use of legal software systems, Microsoft Office, and firm-specific applications
- Gathering feedback and continuously improving training content
- Previous experience in an IT training, learning & development, or application support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and patient approach to training
- Ability to create engaging and accessible learning content
- Experience of delivering group sessions and one-to-one coaching
Desirable but not essential:
- Exposure to Proclaim case management software
- Experience working in a professional services environment (e.g. legal, accountancy, consulting)
- Competitive salary between £30,000 and £40,000 (depending on experience)
