About the Role:

As a Production Scheduler / Engineer, youll play a vital role in coordinating and optimizing our production operations. Working closely with design, manufacturing, and logistics teams, you'll ensure our custom furniture projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will use Cabinet Vision CAD software to process and schedule customer orders into production, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless handover to the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery targets.
  • Use Cabinet Vision to translate design specifications into production-ready outputs.
  • Liaise with design and manufacturing teams to ensure workflow is smooth and efficient.
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to manage changes or delays.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for increased productivity.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience in furniture manufacturing or a similar production environment (highly advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of CAD software; experience with Cabinet Vision is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
