- Experience in a technical, construction, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grades AC
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Team player with confidence to work independently when needed
- Commercial awareness and a professional, customer-focused approach
- Offer technical guidance on the use of masonry products
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to develop effective design proposals
- Liaise with specifiers, contractors, and merchants to clarify requirements
- Provide the commercial team with technical input to support quotations
- Promote value-added customer service, not direct sales
- Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback
- Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Full training on design tools and products will be provided
