Based in Sheffield, this is an ideal opportunity for someone with a good technical background with time served as a motor technician or mechanic who may be looking at getting stuck into a more office-based environment.

- Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm

About the role:
- Handling inbound enquiries from customers regarding potential claims
- Directing them to a repairer where appropriate
- Assisting repairers with our claims process
- Authorising valid repairs
- Processing invoices for payment of valid claims
- Handle claims on policies speaking to customers and clients in order to process a claim and reach a settlement
About you:
- An adaptable and positive attitude
- Ready to undertake a new challenge working in a busy office
- Previous experience within the motor industry is essential for Technical Claims Handlers
- Experience providing a positive customer experience
- Proficient in MS Office software
