To ensure work undertaken is conducted in a manner that meets the client, business and regulatory requirements.Provide call answering service and manage claims from notification to settlement for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle client queries, investigate and validate claims, instruct agents, and facilitate payments. Foster relationships with stakeholders.
