Are you a skilled Paint Sprayer who takes pride in a clean finish and a job well done? Join a well-established manufacturer in Sheffield producing bespoke and off-the-shelf steel products for customers across the UK and worldwide.

This is a hands-on role in a small, friendly team where your contribution really counts. With low batch volumes and a wide variety of components, no two days are the same and your attention to detail will be genuinely valued.

The Role:

  • Mixing and applying high-temperature paints to metal components
  • Spray painting to a high-quality finish using professional equipment
  • Prepping, cleaning, and assembling parts using hand tools
  • Carrying out quality checks and completing relevant documentation
  • Packing and loading finished goods
  • Supporting general workshop duties, including light machining and maintenance

Ideal applicant will have:

  • Previous experience in industrial spray painting (metalwork preferred)
  • A proactive, flexible approach and pride in your work
  • Forklift licence (counterbalance) is a bonus—but we’ll train the right person
