The firm is open to Individuals with 3-5 year PQE in Family Law.
They can pay a salary of 35,000 - 55,000 annum depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities as a Family Solicitor:
- Stay updated on legislative changes, case law, and best practice in family law and financial remedy.
- Attend at Court, mediations and meetings and preparing detailed notes and minutes as required
- Handle a caseload of complex financial disputes, including high-net-worth and business asset matters.
- Drafting of documents including correspondence and Court documents
About you as a Family Solicitor:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent IT Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of UK family law, especially in financial remedies.
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 3 year PQE in Family Law.
