The Role:You will manage a broad range of privately funded family law matters, including:
- Divorce & separation
- Financial remedy
- Private children matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes
- 5+ years PQE in family law (privately funded experience essential)
- Confident running your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and client care skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
- Competitive salary £40,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
